We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. When you use our pre-launch website (prelaunch.benchtrust.com) and sign up for our waitlist, various personal data is collected. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and on what legal basis.

3. Data collection on our website (the waitlist)

Type of data: When you sign up for our early access / waitlist, we collect your name, business email address and your stated role (buyer or provider).

Purpose: We use this data exclusively to inform you about the launch of our platform on 1 July 2026, to grant you early access ("sneak peeks") and to prepare your future profile accurately.

Legal basis: Processing of this data is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time (e.g. by clicking "Unsubscribe" in our emails or by emailing us). The lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.

4. Use of HubSpot (CRM & forms)

We use HubSpot for our waitlist and email communication. The provider is HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA (or HubSpot European Settlement for EU citizens).

The data you enter in the waitlist form is stored on HubSpot's servers. HubSpot helps us manage our launch campaign and assign sign-ups to roles (buyer/provider). We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with HubSpot, ensuring that our website visitors' data is processed only according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

5. Hosting (Vercel)

Our static pre-launch website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit our site, the host automatically collects technical connection data (e.g. IP address, browser type, time) to deliver the page reliably and securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

6. Your rights

You have the right at any time to obtain free information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of this data. Please contact us at the address stated above.
